Terms and Conditions
When you submit and order online to hire a dress(es) through the boutique you are fully agreeing and accepting these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not proceed to make a purchase from us or continue to use our website.
We will process your order and contact you to fully accept the hire contract between us. Until this time, there is no legally binding commitment to the hiring of your order.
If we cannot accept your order for any reason, we will inform you of this and you will not be charged you for your items.
We do not accept orders outside of the UK. Our website is solely for the promotion of our products in the UK.
Order Confirmation
Once you have completed your form on online, we have received and processed your order over the phone or at the boutique and arranged payment.
Payments can be made via:
Debit Card, Credit Card, Bacs, or cash on collection.

- When you proceed with a hire you are accepting our terms and conditions in full.
- If you do accept any of these terms and conditions please do not proceed with the hire.
- The acceptance of your order will take place upon us - Hire Love, verifying your order. Until that point there is no legally binding contract between us.
Once you have accepted the contract between us - you will receive online confirmation - detailing your order information.
Cost & Deposits
The cost of the item will be shown on the item description, and confirmed over the phone and on your confirmation email.
The deposit is the same as the cost of hire, this will be returned once the item is returned and checked over.
Returning the item(s)
Returning the items is the customers responsibility and cost.
We expect the item to be returned 1 week after hire date unless agreed otherwise.
If the item is not returned on the agreed date you will incur late fees per day which will be take from the deposit.
When you return your item(s) please do not attempt to clean them, please pack them in the packaging provided and the items will be cleaned on return. The items are inspected upon return, any damage or soiled items you will be informed and charged accordingly.
Once this is agreed and all is satisfactory your remainder of your deposit will be returned to you.
Price and Payment
The price and payment will be the price displayed on the website will be the cost to hire the item(s) plus the cost of the deposit. The cost of your item(s)/order will be confirmed with you.
Payment will be taken when Hire Love by The Bridal Boutique of Jules confirm your order and payment will be taken by Card, Bacs or Cash on Collection.
Deposit
To use our rental service, we require a deposit of the same amount as the hire item, for example - dress hire = £500, dress deposit = £500. The deposit will be held and refunded to the same payment method, provided the garment is returned in the same condition as they were received by you.
However, where the garment is returned damaged or soiled, we will assess the extent and deduct the costs of repair or cleaning from the deposit. Any portion of the deposit remained will be returned to you by the same payment method). We will keep you informed of the progress of your refund, if you are eligible.
Ownership
The hired item(s) will at all times remain property of ‘hire love’ by The Bridal Boutique of Jules.
Issues with order
If for any reason there is an issue with your order you must inform us within 12 hours on receiving the order and we can rectify if possible.
If we do to hear from you we will assume you are happy with your order.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange your item(s) you must contact us immediately.
You must then on instruction send the item(s) back before an exchange item(s) are sent to you and our order details are changed and confirmed.
Late Fees
Your rental is for one week from the delivery date. If the item(s) are returned to us late you will be charged per day pf £5 for the first 2 weeks, £10 a day 2 weeks after that and if the item(s) are not returned within 4 weeks you will lose your entire deposit.
The late fees will be taken out of your deposit before returned to you.
The Service (Process)
Our Products
Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
You accept as a renter that our garments are pre-loved and could be supplied with signs of slight wear and tear and not in like-new condition. (Any visible wear and tear or damage will be noted on the the item description) It is on this basis that you are renting our garments, but let us know if you have any questions.
Please be aware that the images on the website are of the actual product you are hiring, the way the garment fits the mannequin may not fit you in the same way.
On receiving your rental you should anticipate some creasing may occur during transit. You are permitted to steam the garment/s, if you wish, before wear; however you must use reasonable care when doing so.
When you receive your item(s) please check the item is in the condition stated and the correct size and if there are any discrepancies please contact immediately.
Fit
We can not guarantee the item will fit you, this is your responsibility to chose the right size, sizes may vary due to designers (very much like the highstreet store) if you are unsure send us your bust, waist and hips measurement and we will check the designers size chart.
Alteration
We understand not every dress will fit everyone perfectly so you can arrange to have reversible alterations done by a professional seamstress. Please check this with us first.
Cleaning
Cleaning is included in the cost of the item, please do not attempt to clean the item yourself.
Damage and Care
Where you rent a garment you are responsible for the wellbeing and care of the garment. This includes hanging the garment appropriately using the dedicated dress loops and keeping the garments in a cool place with limited natural light.
You are solely responsible for the garment(s)you have rented and are therefore liable for any damage or loss that occurs during the rental period.
Regardless of whether you are personally responsible for the damage, you remain liable for the replacement of the garment because, in signing the agreement you agree to take responsibility for the item/s hired.
In assessing the replaceable we will keep the entire deposit you have paid.
Appointments
Book an appointment at our sister boutique - The Bridal Boutique of Jules and try on up to five hire dresses, this appointment is charged at £10.00 but will be taken off the cost of the dress hire if you wish to proceed with a hire option.
All the same terms and conditions apply wether hired through an appointment or online.

These terms and conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising hereunder, are governed by English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to hear disputes in relation thereto. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring legal action in that country.
